The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

In the Tyumen District on September 11 an important event took place: the workshop of deep processing of the JSC “Poultry-farm “Borovskaya” was opened in the framework of the priority national project “Development of agribusiness industry”.

In experts’ opinion there is no analogous enterprise in Russia today. 18 sorts of production will manufactured there – in confectionery, meat-processing, perfume, pharmaceutical, butter – and fat. At present Russian producers use analogous from abroad.

Governor of Ugra Alexander Filipenko and Director General of the “Executive Direction of the Foundation of Generations of the Khanty-Mansiysk AO” Alexander Kondyrev arrived to participate in the opening ceremony. Since 2001 the Foundation has been the only investor of the enterprise. Governor of the Tyumen Oblast Vladimir Yakushev, and Mayor of the Tyumen District Sergei Usoltsev participated in the event.

The director of the JSC “Poultry-farm “Borovskaya”, Hero of Socialist Labor Alexander Sozonov said: “Today the enterprise has the leading position in the branch and it is the merit of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. The poultry-farm was purchased by the Generations Foundation in bad time for the farm. For these years about 2 billion rubles have been invested into development of the production and the workshops were completely modernized, the production grew by 30 %. Now the poultry-farm produces over 865 million eggs per year for consumers, The enterprise purchased an elevator, plant manufacturing forages, develops milk production”.

Governor of the Tyumen Oblast and mayor of the District expressed special gratitude to Ugra people,  and the enterprise has great future while such a cooperation.

Governor of Ugra in detail studied a new workshop. He said that the poultry-farm will have new volumes of production: to process up to 1 million 250 ths. eggs per day – half of the day norm of the enterprise production. The workshop of eggs deep processing will allow to solve a problem of possible re-production and  long storage of production. Eggs will go through all  the  cycles at the conveyor: purification, separation. The products, manufactured at the enterprise, is waited by producers of crab sticks, mayonesse, pharmaceutical and perfume production. Three agreements have been concluded with the company “Unilever” – the owner of the famous brands “Sloboda” and “Calve”, the negotiations with the company “Nestle” is under process.

“If the plant was one of the best before, today it is the best in Russia regarding the range of the production and quality. The new production meets the European standards and is quite competitive. It is not the finish, it should perfect, strive for its production  to be of better quality and have optimal price. I am confident that the JSC “Poultry-farm “Borovskaya” has many plans for the future and all of them will be realized”, - said Governor of Ugra in his comments.

The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

The implementation of the national project “Health” is very active in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug.

To develop the primary medical and sanitary aid, to improve the material and technical basis of medical institutions the deliveries of diagnostic medical equipment, vaccines, medicines were started, the park of special cars is renewed.

At present the plan of deliveries of diagnostic medical equipment for polyclinics has been implemented by 87 %. 15 new ambulance cars were purchased for the Okrug.

The healthcare of Ugra got great number of test-systems for  sexual diseases, virus-hepatitis, babies’ inborn diseases  diagnostics at the expense of the federal budget and medicines to treat sexual diseases.

Under the priority project the additional dispensarization is being held for employees of the budgetary sphere, medical examinations of people who work at harmful production.

The events to strengthen the staff potential of polyclinics and hospitals, their upgrading are done in accordance with the schedule. For 9 months of 2006 145 doctors of the primary sector of healthcare  participated in training courses, 137 million 416 ths. rubles were paid additionally to medical workers of the primary sector of healthcare.

Continuing the work under the program “Birth certificate” 74 million 99 ths. rubles were additionally transferred to medical institutions for 9 months of 2006. The analysis of the childbirth support services  indicators proves   the increase of the number of childbirth by 7,9 %, and the decreased number of abortions by 11,8 %.

The additional vaccination of Ugra people against the virus hepatitis B, influenza and other diseases is being held in the Okrug. Since the beginning of 2006 10390 people have got this aid.

The Okrug Government and Okrug Department of Healthcare have done great work on creation of the information pool about he system of the Okrug healthcare on the interregional level.

In the frames of the “Days of regional healthcare in Moscow” it was held the exhibition-presentation “Ugra is a region of health” where the First Deputy Chair of the Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra Natalia Zapadnova and Deputy Minister of Healthcare and Social Development of the Russian Federation Ruslan Khalfin participated.

The information materials about the system of healthcare of Ugra, implementation of this project were distributed.

In Kurgan it was held the meeting of the Presidium of the State Council  with the participation of Russia’s President Vladimir Putin and Minster of   Healthcare and Social Development of the Russian Federation Mikhail Zurabov. In its framework the statesmen viewed the presentation stands of the constituent entities of the Urals Federal District. Governor of Ugra Alexander Filipenko told to the President about the state of healthcare and realization of the priority national project “Health” in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug.

The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

The editorial office of the encyclopedia “The best people of Russia” in the letter informed officially about the inclusion of the name of the Governor, Chair of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra Government Alexander Filipenko to the VI volume which will be published and issued next spring.

“While several years Alexander Vasilievich has been a traditional participant of the encyclopedia “The best people of Russia”, - informed the editorial office.

By the results of the Internet public poll, held for the first time this year on the site www.llr.ru Governor of Ugra immediately was among three leaders and one month later the editorial office made a decision.

At present the Okrug Governor’s press-service is preparing the information materials about Alexander Filipenko, social and economic development of the region and implementation of national priority project in Ugra.
