The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
At the last meeting of the Government it was reported
about the implementation of the program, devoted to development of
medicines and special water with medical effect, based on the mineral
raw materials of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. It was
adopted for 2003-2005 to minimize the costs at its own sources. Over 87
million rubles were spent to develop medicines.
The new remedy of high efficiency “Klimont” was
developed which should be applied while diseases of digestive tract. The
remedy is an ecologically pure product, based on zeolite which can be
found at the Pre-Polar Urals fields. It is approved by a special
commission, was undergone to clinical tests and recommended for the use
in medical practice.
Besides, the effective ointment “Shunlit” was
developed to treat psoriasis. Drinking water, based on local mineral raw
materials, was received. The water was also undergone to various
clinical tests. Its efficiency is proved.
Governor tasked the coordinator of the program – the
Healthcare Department of the Okrug – tp prepare proposals about the
schemes of medicines purchase and sale in Ugra.

The increase of the minimum wage will occur in Ugra
in connection with the changes concerning the calculation of the
consumer goods basket cost.
At the last meeting of the Government it was made a
decision to shorten the terms of amortization of non-foods products.
Before the employable population was expected to wear coats, raincoats
while 7 years, after the changes are incorporated, the term of the
clothes wear is 6 years now. The terms of purchasing new furniture,
dishes and domestic appliances and devices were changed, for example,
term of service of a washing-machine and refrigerator was shortened from
20 to 10 years and of an iron from 9 to 7 years.
In connection of such changes the minimum wage will
increase per capita on average by 5 %, for the employable population –
by 6,7 %, for pensioners by 3,7 %, for children – by almost 2 %.

In the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug 1679
leaders of enterprises and individual entrepreneurs bore responsibility
to increase the salary to their employees.
Over 1200 of them have already increased the salary
for their employees. This is the result of ten months’ activity of
interdepartmental commissions on labor problems, formed in the
municipalities of Ugra. Their goal is to liquidate the indebtedness in
payment of the salaries. The commissions work in the towns of Nyagan,
Langepas, Beloyarski, Megion, Raduzhny, Khanty-Mansiysk, Nefteyugansk,
Nefteyugansk District, Sovetski District, Oktyabrski District. The
working groups, responsible for undertaking effective measures to
legalize the “shadow salary”, have been formed in all the territorial
and tax bodies of Ugra. They formed lists of tax-payers who pay the
salary lower than the minimum wage – about a thousand individual
entrepreneurs and almost seven hundred legal entities. Letters with the
request to give the faithful information in the tax declarations about
the salary of employees in their organizations were sent to such
entrepreneurs.

The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
Governor of Ugra Alexander Filipenko signed the
decree about the increased costs for support of students -
representatives the Northern indigenous peoples.
So, the compensation for meals will grow from 43,3
rubles to 84 rubles per person per day, and for the purchase of clothes
– from 13 794 rubles to 22 000 rubles on average per a first-year
full-day student per year.
