Coordinating Council on the implementation of national projects in Yugra
Sergei Kuchin held the working meeting in Nyagan.
The town programs for each of four
directions are ready in the municipality, relevant agreements on
cooperation with the Yugra Government have been signed or are preparing
for being signed. The participants of the meeting submitted their
proposals on the improvement of the form and contents of this
interaction. Sergei Kuchin said that it was important for him to hear
the opinion of the town administration concerning the realization of the
agribusiness complex realization program as there is an opinion that
this sphere is a prerogative of the districts. Mayor of Nyagan Alexander
Ryzhenkov is confident that the development of agribusiness in the town
is of great importance not as the source of the local budget
replenishment but as a way to support private sector, to raise the
status of farmers, to involve families with average sufficiency into
this sector of economy, for whom vegetable growing can become an
additional way of getting money. These problems should be solved by the
town program of agribusiness development. The program includes the
measures of agriculture products producers support, an opportunity of
priority participation in the municipal order for the delivery of
agricultural production for enterprises and organizations of the town,
privileges for allotting land parcels, pastures.
