The First Deputy Director of the Healthcare Department Artur Tabert said that this year the average monthly salary of medical personnel has grown due to the extra payments, stipulated by the programs of the national project. The most advanced equipment of ultrasonic diagnostics, roentgen equipment, cardiographs, portative and sanitary transport and etc. were purchased.

While summing up the results of the Health priority national project implementation for 11 months of this year the issue about additional immunization of the population against virus hepatitis B, flue, vaccination against rose-rash, poliomyelitis was discussed. In spite of periodical delay with supplies of vaccines, the indicators of the population’s immunization are rather good on average. Only in several municipalities the planned schedule was not fulfilled. 99,12 % of people in the Okrug participated in the vaccination against rose-rash, 86,4 % - against flue. In this regard Natalia Zapadnova was tasked to organize special inspections in the municipalities with a weakly-organized vaccination campaign.

In the Okrug in the framework of the Health priority national project all the babies are thoroughly inspected concerning five diseases. This procedure helps to find out if a baby has any health problems. Due to such diagnostics 14 babies with inborn pathology were found on the early stage.

Since January over 18,7 childbirths were registered in Ugra. Over half funds, got by medical facilities under the program of the childbirth certificate, are sent to material and technical base improvement, about 45 % - for the increased salary of medical personnel.

In opinion of the Okrug Healthcare Department experts, the social effect form the work under the program of the childbirth certificate, is in the increased number of born babies by 2,5 %, decreased number of abortions by 7 % in comparison with the previous year.

Natalia Zapadnova addressed to the deputy mayors of the municipalities, leaders of the municipal healthcare bodies, chief doctors of the medical facilities of the Okrug and said “the assessment of efficiency from the national project implementation and relevant activities of all involved bodies and divisions is made by people of Ugra; when they go to hospitals or other social facilities. If someone there says an incorrect word, or a person is served on a bad level, it does not add any social optimism to Ugra people. These trifles form the attitude of the population towards healthcare system, realization of social policy in the region and to the power authorities on the whole”.

The First Deputy Chairman of the Government of Ugra on issues of social policy Natalia Zapadnova reminded the meeting participants that to improve the activities under the realization of the national project “Health” is possible being based only on the lessons, made by this year and due to achieving success in the collective work.
