On January 1, 2010, cattle production amounted to 10710 heads, including 5281 cows, in all types of households. According to the information represented by Federal Statistics Service, production of the main agricultural production produced by all types of households, increased by 0.5% (meat), 2.6% (milk) compared to a year early and accounted for 7277.0 tons and 21373.0 tons accordingly in 2009. Milk yield per one cow increased by 47 kg compared to 2008 and accounted for 3972 kg of milk (without private subsidiary farming). Agricultural producers of the Okrug (without private subsidiary farming) increased milk production by 546 tons compared to 2008 in total. Swine rearing Ten agricultural enterprises, over 70 farms and self-employed entrepreneurs, private subsidiary farming are engaged in swine rearing sector in the Okrug. On January 1, 2010, pig population in all types of household accounted for 28788 heads. Pig population growth is observed at farms of the Okrug in the last years. MUAE «Severnoe» (Surgut) and agricultural enterprise LLC «Yuzhnoe» (Nefteyugansk) have dominant positions among agricultural enterprises. Bagaeva’s farm (Yugorsk), farm enterprise «Bekon» (Surgutsky District), farm enterprise «Ob» (Nizhnevartovsky District). Poultry On January 1, 2010, poultry population at all types of household accounted for 105424 heads. In 2009, eggs production produced by all types of household reduced by 3249 eggs compared to 2008, and accounted for 20041 eggs. Main poultry production is produced by JSC «Poultry farm Nizhnevartovskaya» (Nizhnevartovsk). In 2009, 285 eggs were produced by one laying hen on the average at agricultural enterprises, it reduced by 31 eggs compared to a year early. Animal breeding In 2009 four agricultural enterprises were engaged in cage-rearing animal breeding. By the end of 2009, silver-black fox population accounted for 2568 heads or 100.4% to the level of 2008. In 2009, silver-black fox yield accounted for 7577 heads or 111.4% to the level of 2008. 7144 fox fells were produced. 7330 fells were sold (with the balance in 2008) at the price of 2200-2800 rubles/fell. Deer farming
Deer population in public sector increased by 578 heads and accounted for 15776 heads. Seven deer farms are engaged in public deer farming. SUE «Saranpaulsky» and JSC «Kazymskaya deer-farming company» are top enterprises. In 2009, 1138.2 centners of deer meat or 110.1% to the level of 2008, were produced. Plant growing Cultivated area at all types of household accounted for 8777.3 ha in 2009. Gross crop of potato accounted for 91779.0 tons with the average crop of 190.8 c/ha. Gross crop of field vegetables accounted for 17495.0 tons with the average crop of 220.2 c/ha. Field vegetables productivity increased by 14.2 c/ha compared to a year early, potato crop productivity – by 3.8 c/ha. In 2009, 5783.0 ths. rubles were allocated to hold events on restoring soil fertility (land clearing, agrochemical operations). The largest crop was gathered at the animal production enterprise «Repolovsky» (257 c/ha) and APE «Batovo» of the Khanty-Mansiysky District (200 c/ha) among agricultural enterprises. They are the leaders regarding filed vegetables growing as well. MUAE «Severnoe» (Surgut) is still a dominant enterprise regarding filed vegetables growing. Farm enterprises and self-employed entrepreneurs In 2009, production volumes of basic kinds of agricultural production at farm enterprises and self-employed entrepreneurs of the Okrug were increased. According to the data of Federal State Statistics Service in 2009, 3984.0 tons of meat, 6857.0 tons of milk or 106.4% and 104.7% accordingly to the level of 2008, were produced by farm enterprises and self-employed entrepreneurs of the Autonomous Okrug. Self-employed entrepreneur Nikitina, FE «Faretdinov», self-employed entrepreneur Zakharov M.N. of the Nefteyugansky District are the leaders among farm enterprises and self-employed entrepreneurs regarding milk production. Bagaeva’s farm enterprise (Yugorsk), FE «Ob», FE «Agros», self-employed entrepreneur Skryabin A.V. of the Nizhnevartovsky District, self-employed entrepreneur Vasyaev, self-employed entrepreneur Iljushonok V.P., self-employed entrepreneur Portyanko S.N. of the Surgutsky District, others are the leaders regarding meat production. The largest cattle yield is in the Khanty-Mansiysky and Nefteyugansky District, the largest pig yield – in Surgutsky, Nizhnevartovsky, Oktyabrsky Districts and the town of Yugorsk. Self-employed entrepreneur Bashmakova (Khanty-Mansiysky District), produced 2837 tons of milk, had the best results in milk and milk products production among agricultural enterprises of the Okrug. On the results of fisheries sector’s activity, 9913.66 tons of food fish or 103.8% to the level of 2008, were produced in 2009. 13481.0 tons of food fish or 134.4% to the level of 2008 were produced in 2009. In 2009, 84 000.0 ths. rubles of subventions were granted for taken fish and food fish products. Within the framework of Okrug purpose-oriented program «Sotrudnichestvo» (Cooperation) on Part 6 «Agricultural production support concerning interregional cooperation development and agricultural production competitive advantage increasing of regional producers» for 2008-2010, events as follows were executed: According to article 6.2.6.1, state support for melioration fishing of predatory fish on the territory of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Ugra. Events concerning melioration fishing of predatory fish are 100-% executed. 725.703 tons of predatory fish or 145.1% to the planned limit for 2009, were taken. According to article 6.2.13, state support for artificial recovery of fish was rendered. FSUE «Gosrybcenter» executed works on reproduction of aquatic biological resources. 205.99 mln. of Coregonidae larval fish in total were stocked for growing in the reservoirs «Zimny Sor», «Chaginsky Sor», including 205.99 mln. larval fish of muksun; 176.23 mln. larval fish of river peled, 5.20 mln. larval fish of broad whitefish. On the result of executed works three test fishing of stocked reservoirs were passed, and positive results were received. Agricultural sector financing of the Autonomous Okrug In 2009, state support granted to agricultural sector enterprises from the Okrug budget, reduced by 37.9 mln. rubles and accounted for 575.4 mln. rubles. Execution of purpose-oriented program in 2009: 1. 84.0 mln. rubles were spent on the program «Development of fisheries sector of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra» for 2006-2010», 5.0 mln. rubles were received on the program «Sotrudnichestvo» for melioration fishing; 3.0 mln. rubles – to reproduce valuable fish in Ob-Irtysh basin. 2. 523.3 mln. rubles or 100% of the annual limit were spent on the program «State support of agricultural sector of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra» for 2008-2011». 21.19 mln. rubles were received from the federal budget, including on the federal purpose-oriented programs: 1. 8.78 mln. rubles for social development of the village till 2010; 2. To execute state program: - partial subsidy assistance in the sum of 9.3 mln. rubles to pay interests on credits, received at commercial banks; - 1.4 mln. rubles to support northern deer farming; - 1.7 mln. rubles for other events. development and regulation of agricultural production
markets, sources and food markets Within the framework of the State program execution, events on the federal purpose-oriented program «Social development of the village till 2012», concerning events on housing improvement for people living in the villages, including young families and young specialists, were executed. In 2009, 11 certificates of social assistance to purchase (construct) housing were granted to 3 young specialists and 8 young families. 19 544.5 mln. rubles were granted on this direction, including 10 755.3 mln. rubles by means of the Autonomous Okrug budget; 8 789.2 mln. rubles by means of the federal budget (with extra financing of the certificates granted in 2008). Measures on housing improvement allowed young families to purchase 575 m2 of housing in the villages in 2009. Within the framework of measures aimed to form a System of state information provision in the sphere of agriculture, work on reports provision to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation in 2009 was continued. 48 forms of electronic and printed reports are sent to the Ministry quarterly and monthly. Over 400 reports were sent in 2009. In 2009 the volume of subsidized credits attracted by farm and individual agricultural enterprises and citizens living in the village accounted for 35.2 mln. rubles. 31.7 mln. rubles were allocated from the Autonomous Okrug budget to municipal entities of the Autonomous Okrug to support breeding stock of food-producing animals. In the results of State program execution, 750 new working places were formed, 111 farm enterprises were registered, 3 young specialists and 8 young families living in the villages improved their housing facilities. In 2009, 264 working places including 138 acting and 126 temporary working places were formed in the strategic enterprises. 68 people were employed at new working places by Employment Center’s referral.
